My approach is shaped by both business experience and academic research.
I hold a PhD focused on employee engagement and performance, alongside formal training in psychology and business. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with entrepreneurs, leaders, and organisations to address real-world challenges around growth, sales, leadership, and engagement.
This combination allows me to look beyond surface problems and focus on what truly drives results: how systems are designed, and how people operate within them.
