Who is Dr Lavion?

Founder of 11X Entrepreneurs

Dr Lavion Chifundu is a seasoned business strategist, researcher, and systems thinker who helps entrepreneurs and organisations build predictable revenue and sustainable performance through structured, evidence-led systems.

But this work did not begin with theory. It began with failure.

The early years: when effort wasn’t enough

Before becoming known for revenue systems and organisational performance, Lavion experienced first-hand what many entrepreneurs quietly struggle with.

He built businesses with ambition, long hours, and relentless effort, yet three ventures failed. Not because of a lack of skill. Not because of a lack of motivation. But because success depended on activity, instinct, and hope rather than structure.

Leads were inconsistent. Sales felt unpredictable. Growth relied heavily on personal effort. Each failure exposed the same underlying issue: there was no system governing how revenue was created. There was no structure.

Rather than starting again on instinct, Lavion stepped back and went into full research mode.

my Background

My approach is shaped by both business experience and academic research.

I hold a PhD focused on employee engagement and performance, alongside formal training in psychology and business. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with entrepreneurs, leaders, and organisations to address real-world challenges around growth, sales, leadership, and engagement.

This combination allows me to look beyond surface problems and focus on what truly drives results: how systems are designed, and how people operate within them.
